The sanguo story is already overused. I can name 20 games right now in that genre. About 10 of them from Koei.

So what's your point? This game seems great by it looks. Any gaming industries company(ies) in this world can make any game they want. I dont see whats your point being anyway.

![]() This is Koei's tatical screen? I don't have a playstation so I can't play this game. What are those boxes? It kind of reminds me of checkers. Your army is limited to movements from box to box? I do prefer Magitech's battle maps, it has much more realistic battle engagements than Koei's. I'm not much into role playing games, so the first person battles don't really interest me as much as strategically and tactically moving large armies by controling formations, feigned retreats, or flanking maneuvers. Choosing appropriate types of forces to engage is my ideal type of 3 Kingdoms game. |

20 games in this genre, that proves sanguo is a good title to market. There are tons of WW2 games, but new WW2 titles are still coming out.

There may be 20 games on this, but I play one; Sango2. That screenshot of the Koei battle system pretty much vindicates my decision.
